You’ll find the PI-CA link as well as a link for video upload in your confirmation email. Have you not received an email shortly after submitting your application, please check your spam inbox.

All complete applications will be processed within 30 days, and we will keep you updated on the progress throughout the review period.

CA is a learning indicator assessment – it is timed at 12 minutes. The other assessment is a personality type assessment (PI), and is not timed, but should not take you more than 10-12 minutes.

The assessments are available in a wide range of languages, and it is VERY IMPORTANT that you chose the language in which you are most comfortable, and you believe will give you the best results.

You must select the preferred language by clicking the language field, and make your selection prior to starting the assessments. Also, please make sure that you complete the assessments in a quiet place, without interruptions.

Finally, we recommend that you make sure that your internet connection is strong – and we discourage you from using any kinds of tablets or smartphones.

We strongly encourage you to upload a video as it gives you the opportunity to show off your personality to our recruitment team! You automatically increase your chances for an interview if you upload a video in which you express your motivation for this graduate position and explain why you would be the best pick for us.
